Key Responsibilities

📊 Data Analysis & Insights

Perform complex data analysis and statistical modelling.
Identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
Translate data into actionable business insights.

💻 Technical Analytics

Write and optimise complex SQL queries.
Develop advanced dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
Apply Python or R for data manipulation and modelling.
Implement predictive analytics techniques.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, IT, and other teams.
Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Guide teams with subject matter expertise.

📈 Risk & Financial Analysis

Apply statistical and risk analysis methods in financial services.
Analyse financial products, industry trends, and regulatory impacts.
Support strategic decision-making with data modelling techniques.

Qualifications

🎓 Education

Minimum:

Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical, Data, Technical, or related field

Preferred:

Honours Degree in Analytical, Data, Technical, or related field

💼 Experience

Proven experience in data analysis (banking/financial services preferred).
Track record of leading analytics projects with measurable business impact.
Experience using SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience communicating findings to senior stakeholders.

🧠 Skills

Advanced SQL and query optimisation.
Strong Excel skills (including macros & VBA).
Statistical modelling and predictive analytics expertise.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project management capability.
Excellent communication skills.
