Job Overview
The Data Analytics Graduate Programme is designed for analytically minded graduates who are passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights.
Graduates will rotate across Takealot Group businesses, gaining exposure to large-scale datasets, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools that support operational, commercial, and customer-focused decision-making. This programme provides a strong foundation for a long-term career in data and analytics within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyse data to support informed business decisions

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations

Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large datasets

Assist in the development of predictive models and data-driven solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Requirements
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Data Analytics or a related field
Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong computer literacy and data handling skills

Ability to analyse customer data and identify trends and patterns
