We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Capturer (ADMED) to join our high-performance administration team in Sandton. If you are passionate about data accuracy and client engagement, this could be your ideal next move!

🎯 Role Purpose

To maintain and enhance the quality and integrity of ADMED’s membership and business partner data by capturing and updating information accurately and consistently in the OWLS database.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Matric / National Senior Certificate

• Basic MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)

• At least 6 months of data capturing experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Accurately update and correct data for members, clients, brokers, and service providers in the OWLS system.

• Monitor the Admed.donotreply mailbox daily and follow up with members whose email addresses are outdated or invalid.

• Contact members via phone or email to verify and update incomplete or incorrect contact details.

• Assist in capturing new member applications, especially during peak volumes.

• Maintain a professional tone and approach when engaging with third parties and internal teams.

• Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), particularly ensuring clients do not face unnecessary post-sale obstacles (TCF Outcome 6).
