Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is looking for a Data Capturer to deliver sports betting content across various platforms, ensuring timely and efficient betting services to customers. The role involves maintaining and updating betting data, assisting customers with queries, and supporting the team to enhance the betting experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Capturer at Hollywoodbets, your duties will include:
📝 Sports & Soccer Data Management
- Import and manage daily sports and soccer data, ensuring no duplications or conflicts.
- Create and update sports fixture guides, including those for cricket, golf, rugby, and boxing.
- Monitor price movements and update betting odds accordingly.
- Post results for soccer and lucky number draws on the intranet and social media.
⚽ Event Creation and Management
- Manually create and price events for various sports.
- Ensure betting is open for all draws, including soccer and lucky numbers.
- Monitor event outcomes, update fixtures, and close events promptly.
📱 Customer Service & Support
- Assist customers with sports betting queries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide professional support to branches, including confirming bets and payouts.
- Help with the confirmation of soccer money-back promotions and handle manual payouts.
💼 General Duties
- Conduct regular audits of event profits and losses.
- Perform soccer comparisons to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports to Senior Management on current profits and losses.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a Data Capturer with the following:
🎓 Required Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel – intermediate level).
- Must have own transport.
💡 Desirable Skills
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or currently studying towards one.
- Experience within the betting industry is an added advantage.
🔍 Competencies
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining efficiency.
- Excellent customer service focus with a results-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of betting procedures and sports betting data management.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
