Job Purpose

As a Data Capturer, you will play a critical role in managing Claims Processing Functions for VOC – Value Only Credits within our debtors’ team. Your work will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide backup support to other Data Capturers when they are on leave or sick.
✅ Capture & process all claims workflows promptly.
✅ Handle all Activity Tracker approvals with precision.
✅ Ensure all credit memos are sent to supervisors for billing.
✅ Investigate & resolve credit memo queries efficiently.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

📌 Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Finance Qualification (preferred)

📌 Experience:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
✔ Excel experience (required)
✔ SAP experience (preferred)

🔍 Strong attention to detail
📊 Proficiency in data processing
⏳ Deadline-driven and able to manage priorities
