Position Overview: Data Capturer
We are looking for a Data Capturer to join our Purple Team in Century City, Cape Town. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented. As a Data Capturer, your primary responsibility will be capturing, organizing, and managing data with precision to ensure timely and accurate reporting. You will also assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Capturing
📊 Ticket Verification:
- Verify physical tickets against extracted reports to ensure all information aligns accurately.
📁 Data Categorization:
- Categorize and organize data in a logical manner for easy retrieval and reporting.
🔐 Data Security:
- Ensure all captured data is handled with confidentiality, following company and industry regulations related to data protection.
Reporting & Communication
📝 Discrepancy Reporting:
- Communicate daily on any data discrepancies and assist in resolving these issues.
📅 Target Management:
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to data capturing.
Administrative Support
🗂 Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Assist in other administrative functions and tasks as required by the business.
Compliance & Quality Control
⚖️ Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure data capturing processes are compliant with relevant legislative and company standards.
🔍 Quality Assurance:
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data capturing and adhere to industry best practices for quality outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
