As a Data Center Technician Intern, you will join AWS’s Data Center Operations team responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of global infrastructure. This is a full-time internship (40 hours/week), offering a unique, hands-on experience with hardware, servers, networking, and more—all while being mentored by expert technicians.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will:

Perform server hardware diagnostics and repairs under supervision.
Replace and manage server components (e.g., SSDs, HDDs, motherboards).
Shadow experienced technicians on network troubleshooting and hardware escalations.
Participate in equipment installation, documentation, and maintenance procedures.
Work with third-party vendors and on-site contractors.
Gain exposure to real-time ticket resolution and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
