How to Apply:
Interested applicants must submit their applications for the Candidate Attorney Programme to the Justice offices / Magistrate’s Courts where the position they are applying for is advertised. You can either send your application to the Provincial Head, Private Bag X54372, Durban 4000, or hand-deliver it to the Provincial Office, 2 Devonshire place (off Anton Lembede Street) Durban.

- Use the new Form Z83, available from any Public Service Department or www.gov.za.
- Include a detailed Curriculum Vitae.
- Submit certified copies of ID, Senior Certificate, and the highest required qualification by the interview date.
- Ensure your application complies with specifications, as those not meeting the criteria will not be considered.
- Pre-employment security screening will be conducted on RSA citizenship, credit record, and qualification verification.
