As a Design Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the Ti and Smollan Marketing teams, contributing to high-quality design work that enhances reports, presentations, digital platforms, and internal communications.
🎯 Role Purpose
This graduate-level design role is designed to develop your foundational skills in commercial design, reporting, and brand execution. You will serve as a core contributor to the visual production process, ensuring that all outputs are clear, accurate, on-brand, and professionally executed.
The role is ideal for a motivated graduate designer with strong attention to detail, a passion for visual communication, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, insight-driven business environment.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
📊 Report & Presentation Design
🖥️ Design visually compelling client and internal reports using Google Slides, ensuring clarity and brand consistency
🔄 Manage cross-platform transitions between Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint
📐 Apply and maintain approved templates, layouts, typography, and visual standards
🎯 Marketing & Brand Design
📄 Create marketing materials such as one-pagers, brochures, white papers, and infographics
🌐 Support design updates for the Trade Intelligence website and social media channels
⚡ Use Canva and similar tools to produce quick-turn, on-brand assets
📸 Photography & Multimedia
📷 Capture in-field trade photography for reports, presentations, and marketing use
🎬 Create short-form video content for internal communications and social platforms
🗂️ Maintain, categorise, and manage the Trade Intelligence image library
🎞️ Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics, and animations
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
🧠 Support the Smollan Marketing team with ad-hoc design requests
🎯 Ensure brand alignment across multiple business units and stakeholders

🎓 Minimum Requirements
📚 Qualifications
🎓 Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia Design
