About the Role

As a Developer at TIH, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality computer applications software and specialized utility programs. You will work closely with both users and other development team members to understand business needs and create efficient, tailored software solutions that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:
  Enhance existing applications and develop new ones by analyzing requirements and identifying areas for improvement. Contribute innovative solutions to meet client needs.

• Maintenance & Testing:
  Monitor and resolve software defects, ensuring all applications run smoothly. Conduct routine testing to maintain top-notch app performance.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and procedures, driving efficiency through established change initiatives.

• Security & Compliance:
  Implement essential security measures like encryption and performance monitoring to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to handle complex inquiries and cases, ensuring an exceptional service experience.

• Professional Development:
  Continuously upgrade your skills by attending training sessions, obtaining relevant certifications, and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  • Matric/Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)

  • Recognized certification, diploma, or degree in software development (Essential)

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development using relevant programming languages and technologies (Essential)

  • Azure experience will be an added advantage
