About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Change PMO Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing financial data and analysis for our digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance analysis, project management office (PMO), and a keen understanding of how to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial data for large-scale digital change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- π Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- πΌ PMO Support: Provide project management office (PMO) support to ensure that financial aspects of the projects are tracked and reported accurately.
- π Budget Management: Assist in managing the budgets for various digital projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- π Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the finance department and project teams to communicate financial statuses and resolve issues.
- π§βπ» Financial Risk Management: Identify financial risks and work with the project teams to implement mitigation strategies.
- π Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to financial reporting processes and project tracking systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- π Project Tracking & Documentation: Track and document all financial transactions related to projects and ensure they comply with internal policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
Required Skills:
- βοΈ Financial Analysis Expertise: Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for large projects or initiatives.
- βοΈ Project Management Knowledge: Experience working in or supporting a Project Management Office (PMO), especially in a digital transformation context.
- βοΈ Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, financial modeling, and analysis.
- βοΈ Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, ensuring financial transparency and alignment with project goals.
- βοΈ Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure financial data accuracy and project tracking.
- βοΈ Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify financial challenges within projects and work to find solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
- π Education: Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- π§βπΌ Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, or PMO roles, preferably in a digital transformation environment.
- π» Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), project management tools, and ERP systems. Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting tools is a plus.
- π Certifications (Optional): Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or financial certifications (e.g., CFA) will be beneficial but not mandatory.
