POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Engineer will play a technical lead role in executing digital transformation projects using low-code/no-code software. The role involves mapping business processes, co-designing process improvements, and implementing appropriate technology solutions. This position requires creativity, technical curiosity, and a strong track record in innovation and automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead digital transformation initiatives using low-code/no-code platforms.
Map, analyze, and optimize business processes for automation.
Design and implement data architecture solutions.
Develop real-time dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and co-design solutions.
Apply research, systems thinking, and process improvement techniques.
Continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Proven experience in innovation, automation, and digital solutions delivery.
Strong process mapping, data architecture, and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in low-code/no-code software tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2–4 years of relevant work experience in digital transformation projects.
Continuous learning mindset and tech curiosity.
