Based in Johannesburg, you’ll support the UK market, working closely with global teams to create digital strategies that drive engagement, high-quality leads, and online conversion. This role is ideal for someone who loves digital performance, understands customer journeys, and knows how to use technology to elevate brand experience.
🎯 Primary Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Digital Performance

Develop and refine high-quality lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels.

Optimize campaigns to increase conversions and support targeted customer acquisition.
🔹 Website Experience & Retailing

Enhance the website’s retailing capabilities, focusing on UX, customer flow, and product visibility.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve digital storefront performance and user satisfaction.
🔹 Digital Media Management

Manage Google Ads, Meta, and paid digital media campaigns to drive traffic, brand awareness, and in-store visits.

Develop media strategies for performance, reach, and ROI improvements.
🔹 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Conduct funnel analysis, heat mapping, and A/B testing to identify conversion barriers.

Implement data-backed improvements to boost conversion rates and revenue.
🔹 Data, Insights & Strategy

Use analytics platforms to extract insights and shape strategy across all digital initiatives.

Stay ahead of digital trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
🔹 Regional Advocate & Collaboration

Act as the regional digital representative across Martech, SEO, Analytics, Paid Media, and Website experience.

Drive digital standardisation across markets, including personalization rollouts and audience segmentation.

Collaborate with automation teams, performance teams, and content creators to deliver best-in-class digital execution.
🧩 Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years in digital performance, digital marketing, or related field.
🛠️ Skills & Capabilities
🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or an equivalent discipline.

Certifications such as Google Analytics / Google Ads are advantageous.
💻 Technical Competencies

Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta advertising (non-negotiable).

Skilled with analytics tools (including GA4), CMS platforms, and social media management tools.

Experience with commerce media platforms such as Criteo.

Power BI experience (essential).
