We are seeking a Digital & Social Analyst to provide data-driven insights across multiple European markets, supporting clients with actionable recommendations, reporting, and strategy development.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse social and digital data across European markets using tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Synthesio, SEMrush, Rival IQ, Profiler, and Global Web Index.

  • Develop actionable insights and support strategic recommendations for clients.

  • Deliver high-quality reporting, audits, and dashboards with visualised insights.

  • Support planners in creating data-informed strategies reflecting consumer behaviour and trends.

  • Present reporting and insights to local and international clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, WPP, and external data providers.


✅ Minimum Requirements & Track Record

  • Experience: 2–6 years in Social/Digital Data Analytics, Insights, or Digital/Social Strategy.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to convert qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.

  • Expert in social media performance metrics/KPIs for organic and paid media.

  • Comfortable with Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.

  • Excellent reporting, data visualisation, and spreadsheet analysis skills.

  • Understanding of today’s social media landscape and digital communications.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Always-on social listening and insights generation.

  • Cultural tracking and trend insights for campaigns.

  • Dashboard creation, data collection, and advanced visualisation experience.

🎓 Education & Experience
