We are seeking a Digital & Social Analyst to provide data-driven insights across multiple European markets, supporting clients with actionable recommendations, reporting, and strategy development.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Analyse social and digital data across European markets using tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Synthesio, SEMrush, Rival IQ, Profiler, and Global Web Index.

Develop actionable insights and support strategic recommendations for clients.

Deliver high-quality reporting, audits, and dashboards with visualised insights.
-
Support planners in creating data-informed strategies reflecting consumer behaviour and trends.

Present reporting and insights to local and international clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, WPP, and external data providers.
✅ Minimum Requirements & Track Record

Experience: 2–6 years in Social/Digital Data Analytics, Insights, or Digital/Social Strategy.

Strong research and analytical skills with ability to convert qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.

Expert in social media performance metrics/KPIs for organic and paid media.
-
Comfortable with Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.

Excellent reporting, data visualisation, and spreadsheet analysis skills.

Understanding of today’s social media landscape and digital communications.
