Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to drive CAD CAM and equipment sales within the Inland & Sub-Saharan Africa region. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting innovative dental solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Achieve Sales Targets – Drive year-on-year growth in CAD CAM and equipment sales.
✔ Product Demonstration & Promotion – Showcase the full range of CAD CAM solutions and 3D Imaging integration.
✔ Customer Relationship Management – Build strong connections with key opinion leaders, universities, and institutions.
✔ Market Analysis – Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights.
✔ Training & Support – Conduct product training sessions for customers, sales teams, and dealers.
✔ Event Coordination – Plan and execute marketing programs, workshops, and CAD CAM training events.
✔ Technical Support – Provide on-site assistance, “tips and tricks,” and post-installation training to dentists.
✔ Project Planning & Site Inspections – Assist with facility planning for new installations.
Requirements
🔹 Educational Background – Degree in a related field (Dental Technology, Sales, or Business).
🔹 Sales & Marketing Experience – Proven track record in medical or dental equipment sales.
🔹 Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with CAD CAM and 3D imaging solutions.
🔹 Communication Skills – Ability to train and support customers effectively.
🔹 Problem-Solving Abilities – Strong analytical skills to address customer needs.
