🌟 Role Purpose
To ensure professional and efficient delivery, facility support, and administrative services to both internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid role requires a hands-on individual who thrives in a multitasking environment and is passionate about providing top-quality support.
✅ Minimum Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
-
Valid driver’s license (with no infringements)
-
1–2 years of administrative work experience
-
1–2 years of professional driving experience
-
Own insured vehicle (advantageous)
-
Availability for standby shifts including weekends, public holidays, and night duty
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
-
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support internal operations.
-
Coordinate deliveries and collections with external clients and internal departments.
-
Transport and deliver goods safely and promptly according to the schedule.
-
Maintain daily records of all trips, deliveries, and mileage.
-
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
-
Ensure timely vehicle servicing and maintenance as per the service schedule.
-
Provide after-hours security standby and respond to urgent callouts when necessary.

Conduct generator maintenance testing and escalate issues to technical staff if needed.
