🚚 Key Responsibilities

As a Driver at Sandvik, you’ll be entrusted with ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods to our valued customers. You’ll also act as a brand ambassador, upholding our standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Safe, legal, and on-time transportation of goods.

• Secure vehicle and cargo at all times during transport.

• Complete all required delivery documentation and manifests.

• Assist with loading, offloading, handling, and labeling of freight.

• Operate overhead crane to load/offload cargo.

• Daily vehicle inspections and completion of driver logs/trip reports.

• Comply with routing schedules and commercial driving regulations.

• Maintain good customer relations at all delivery and collection points.

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on the vehicle.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Valid driver’s license with Public Driving Permit (PDP)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar driving role
