Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions, a global leader in mining and construction equipment, is looking for a qualified and safety-conscious Driver to join our dynamic logistics and assembly team based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.

As part of a world-class team committed to innovation and sustainable practices, you’ll ensure timely delivery and collection of materials, maintain vehicle safety, and build positive relationships with our valued clients.

🚚 Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods and materials between locations.

• Secure cargo and ensure it adheres to vehicle weight limits.

• Complete delivery documentation and manifest records.

• Assist with the physical loading, offloading, and labeling of items.

• Maintain daily vehicle inspection logs and report defects.

• Operate vehicles in line with traffic laws and company policies.

• Conduct vehicle safety checks (oil, fuel, tires, water).

• Use overhead cranes for loading and unloading when necessary.

• Deliver orders punctually while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

🛠 Qualifications & Experience

• Matric / Grade 12

• Valid Driver’s License and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar driving role

• Strong knowledge of South African road safety regulations

• Able to complete logs, manifests, and reports accurately

• Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience preferred
