To transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from work sites or designated municipal locations, while supporting the department in logistics, records handling, and internal document circulation.


πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery & Collection: Transport documents, materials, and other items to/from internal departments and external partners.

  • Mail & Documentation Circulation: Handle incoming and outgoing municipal mail and internal documents.

  • Depot Operations Support: Assist with receiving, issuing, and relocating materials or inventory within municipal depots.

  • Material Handling: Ensure safe handling and timely delivery/collection of equipment and goods.

  • Maintain high levels of vehicle safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.


πŸ’ͺ Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires you to be physically fit and able-bodied, as the role involves manual tasks, movement of goods, and regular vehicle operation.

  • 6 months of relevant experience in a similar logistics, transport, or administrative support role is advantageous.
