About the Role

As our eLearning Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we onboard employees, deliver knowledge on demand, and create a scalable culture of continuous learning. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, HR leaders, and business teams to build out engaging, on-brand content using our learning management system (LMS), 360Learning.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone hands-on and commercially minded, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning complex information into clear, digestible learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal experts to build e-learning modules on systems, processes, and soft skills.

  • Design and implement a centralised training plan in partnership with the Chief People Officer.

  • Deliver learning that supports onboarding, management skills, culture, and employee development.

  • Create microlearning content guided by “little and often” and “support-on-demand” principles.

  • Manage and optimize our LMS (360Learning) and track learner progress through reporting dashboards.

  • Convert existing manuals and knowledge bases into engaging e-learning formats.

  • Codify our “relationship management super recipe” and build blended training programs.

  • Host live learning sessions, manage webinars, and edit recordings into bite-sized content.

  • Prioritise internal knowledge sharing—this is about showcasing our expertise, not outsourcing.

  • Support capability assessments and development interventions in partnership with HR.

  • Travel quarterly to UK offices to gather feedback and enhance training delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience designing e-learning for professional audiences (e.g. financial services, legal, consulting).

  • Proficient in using LMS platforms—experience with 360Learning is a bonus.

  • Familiarity with Articulate or similar tools for e-learning module creation.

  • Able to transform subject matter expertise into high-quality learning materials.

  • Strong digital editing skills (video trimming, subtitling, etc.) for online learning content.

  • Fast learner, comfortable with iterative design and feedback loops.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A good sense of humor is always welcome—we work hard but love to laugh.
