🌟 Purpose of the Role:

To design engaging, learner-centric digital experiences and instructional materials that align with our educational objectives. You’ll leverage your instructional design knowledge and multimedia tools to create innovative and effective online learning content.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Conceptualise and design digital templates using instructional design principles

• ✅ Create multimedia content including storyboards, simulations, videos, and interactive assessments

• ✅ Train academic and support staff on innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools

• ✅ Ensure content quality and compliance with functional and technical standards

• ✅ Perform analytics to identify improvement opportunities in digital learning experiences

• ✅ Maintain accurate project documentation and manage course files systematically

🧠 Minimum Requirements:

• 🎓 Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Instructional Design or Education

• 📊 At least 3 years of hands-on experience in instructional design

🛠️ Functional Competencies:

• ✔️ Deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design models

• ✔️ Proven skills in developing online learning modules, assessments, and videos

• ✔️ Proficiency in tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop/Illustrator

• ✔️ Experience working with LMS platforms, ideally Moodle

• ✔️ Ability to write instructional text, scripts, and develop simulations

• ✔️ Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
