🎯 The Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager in Energy and Infrastructure, you will lead project delivery across the entire lifecycle — from planning to construction — ensuring compliance with design, environmental, legal, and safety standards. You will manage integration of technical activities and coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and communities.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project execution plans aligned to client and Arup goals.

Manage stakeholder relationships across governments, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Oversee risk, cost, time, procurement, quality, safety, and environmental management.

Implement quality control and monitor project progress; report to senior management.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including permits.

Utilize Arup’s knowledge network to adopt best practices and innovative approaches.

Mentor and grow project control teams to expand service offerings on large, multi-sector projects.
🎓 Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), SACPCMP, or Accredited Professional desirable.

Proven experience managing complex energy and infrastructure projects through full lifecycle.

Strong technical knowledge of construction, design, risk, cost, and quality management.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
