📌 Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
✔ Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science or an N4 qualification in one of the listed disciplines
✔ Practical experience in a factory or industrial setting (advantageous)
✔ General understanding of your chosen field
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work in a team and independently
✔ Reliable timekeeping and commitment
✔ Computer literacy
✔ A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
