🩺 Role Overview

The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for delivering professional, safe, and quality nursing care that aligns with the Scope of Practice. Working as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary healthcare team, you will support patient recovery and improve outcomes through diligent clinical practice, timely risk management, and continuous care documentation.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, patient-centered nursing care under supervision of Registered Nurses.

• Promote patient safety by identifying, preventing, and reporting clinical risks.

🎓 Minimum Education Requirements

• Essential: Enrolled Nurse Certificate (accredited and SANC registered)

• Desirable: CPD courses related to specialised care (ICU, surgical wards, maternity)

🧪 Work Experience

• Minimum: No prior experience required

• Desirable: At least 1 year of nursing experience, especially in hospital/specialised units

• Strong knowledge of scientific nursing principles and care processes

• Patient assessment, observation, and documentation skills

• Familiarity with infection prevention and control protocols

• Competence in medication administration and pharmacology basics
