Key Responsibilities:

Deliver quality nursing care to patients undergoing renal treatment.

Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and provide nursing interventions.

Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety.

Perform nursing procedures according to prescribed standards and regulations.
🏥 Collaboration with Healthcare Team

Work closely with physicians, dieticians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Provide support to patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and comfortable throughout their treatment.
📋 Record Keeping and Documentation

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring all nursing activities are tracked.

Follow up on patient progress, ensuring all interventions are reported and updated.
💡 Professional Development and Learning

Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities to stay current with healthcare trends.

Engage in team meetings and share knowledge to improve nursing practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
🎓 Required Education:

Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse.
🌟 Experience:

Previous experience in renal care or hospital settings is an advantage but not required.

Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.
