✅ Key Responsibilities Include:

✔️ Sample Collection & Handling:
• Efficiently collect specimens from clients in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Handle, label, and transport specimens with precision
• Assist patients with self-collection when necessary

✔️ Medical Assistance:
• Support nurses and doctors during minor medical procedures
• Conduct Point of Care Testing (POCT)

✔️ Logistics & Delivery:
• Collect and deliver reports, specimens, and medical materials
• Ensure timely and safe transportation using company vehicle

✔️ Quality & Compliance:
• Adhere strictly to quality assurance protocols and SOPs
• Maintain hygiene and safety in compliance with OHS Act
• Uphold company policies and professional ethics

✔️ Team Collaboration:
• Foster strong working relationships across departments
• Provide functional support to internal teams

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

🎓 Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
🩺 Qualified Medical Technician in Phlebotomy
📜 Registered with HPCSA or SANC
🚗 Valid Driver’s License (company vehicle provided)
🗣️ Fluent in Afrikaans
🕒 2–3 years of practical experience in a medical environment
