🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Collection and Delivery of Specimens:
✔️ Efficient collection of specimens from various clients, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
✔️ Handle administrative duties, including managing queries related to specimen collection.
✔️ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act.
✔️ Provide support across various functions within the department.

✅ Quality Management:
✔️ Ensure quality assurance processes are correctly applied to all procedures and SOPs.
✔️ Strict adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of practice.

✅ Customer & Team Focus:
✔️ Display commitment to customer-focused services in all interactions with patients and team members.
✔️ Exhibit respect and ethical behavior, ensuring accountability and fostering teamwork.
✔️ Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

📘 Essential Qualifications:
✔️ Grade 12 Certificate (Matric)
✔️ Qualified Medical Technician in Phlebotomy
✔️ Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or South African Nursing Council (SANC)
✔️ Valid driver’s license (for use of company vehicle)

📘 Experience:
✔️ 2-3 years of experience in phlebotomy or related healthcare roles
✔️ Fluency in Afrikaans is required to effectively communicate with patients and staff
