JDJ Diagnostics is seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse / Phlebotomist to join their team in Mabopane, South Africa. π οΈ Key Responsibilities

Collection and Delivery of Specimens:
βοΈ Efficient collection of specimens from various clients, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
βοΈ Handle administrative duties, including managing queries related to specimen collection.
βοΈ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act.
βοΈ Provide support across various functions within the department.

Quality Management:
βοΈ Ensure quality assurance processes are correctly applied to all procedures and SOPs.
βοΈ Strict adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of practice.

Customer & Team Focus:
βοΈ Display commitment to customer-focused services in all interactions with patients and team members.
βοΈ Exhibit respect and ethical behavior, ensuring accountability and fostering teamwork.
βοΈ Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
π Qualifications & Experience
π Essential Qualifications:
βοΈ Grade 12 Certificate (Matric)
βοΈ Qualified Medical Technician in Phlebotomy
βοΈ Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or South African Nursing Council (SANC)
βοΈ Valid driverβs license (for use of company vehicle)
π Experience:
βοΈ 2-3 years of experience in phlebotomy or related healthcare roles
βοΈ Fluency in Afrikaans is required to effectively communicate with patients and staff
