Job Overview

The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards and the Scope of Practice. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, accurate record-keeping, and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records
• Create a positive and supportive patient environment
• Participate in staff development and learning initiatives
• Ensure accurate use and charging of medical stock and equipment
• Adhere to all nursing protocols, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications

Education

• Essential: Enrolled Nurse Certificate
• Preferred: CPD courses in specialized nursing areas

Experience

• No minimum experience required
• 1 year post-qualification experience advantageous

Skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control
• Understanding of pharmacology and nursing principles
• Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
• Knowledge of nursing legislation and procedures
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Risk identification and patient safety awareness
