β Minimum Requirements
βοΈ Qualification: Three-year Bachelorβs Degree/National Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
βοΈ Experience: 0-2 years in data management or related field.
βοΈ Knowledge of EPWP: Understanding of the programme, reporting protocols, and stakeholder engagement.
βοΈ Skills:
- Strong organizational & coordination skills π
- Data capturing & reporting experience π
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) π£οΈ
- Microsoft Office proficiency π»
- Ability to work under pressure & travel if required βοΈ
π Key Responsibilities
πΉ Develop and maintain EPWP databases π
πΉ Capture monthly progress reports on EPWP systems π₯οΈ
πΉ Generate exception reports and identify missing data π
πΉ Reconcile data and advise management on outstanding reports π§
πΉ Capture all allocated EPWP reports from public bodies across provinces π
