Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain knowledge and information management and business intelligence architecture.
• Extract data from various sources and convert it into meaningful information for better business decisions.
• Develop reports of strategic, tactical, or operational nature, including high-level analytical reports to address key business issues.
• Compile strategic dashboards and present findings to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Produce Management Information System (MIS) outputs and reports consistently in required formats and frequencies.
• Liaise, consult, and build relationships with internal clients to ensure their information requirements are met.
• Participate in new projects, designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Address ad-hoc requests for information from clients within specified timeframes and specifications.
• Identify and leverage areas of optimization to enhance the organization’s service offering.
• Manage existing reports and dashboards and conduct benchmarking exercises incorporating market research to enrich analysis and improve competitive advantage.
