🔥 What You’ll Do as Executive Chef:

Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen department.

Ensure the highest standards in guest dining experiences across the entire hotel.

Work proactively to enhance guest satisfaction, responding swiftly to feedback and resolving issues.

Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, encouraging performance, professional growth, and accountability.

Manage departmental budgets, control food costs and inventory, and optimize productivity.

Analyze food offerings and present creative recommendations that boost financial performance.

Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all key hotel departments.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and audit requirements.

Proven success in a senior culinary leadership role, ideally within a high-end hotel environment.

Solid knowledge of health & safety standards and food hygiene legislation.

IT proficiency, including kitchen management systems and cost control tools.
