As a key point of contact, the External Customer Advisor plays a vital role in building and maintaining long-term partnerships that drive Jonsson Workwear’s success. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and serve customers in the Ballito region. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Build Strong Customer Partnerships – Demonstrate initiative to establish trust and strong relationships with our clients.
🔹 Exceptional Communication – Use your communication skills to connect with customers across all levels of their business.
🔹 Customer-Centric Solutions – Understand each customer’s needs and proactively suggest tailored solutions.
🔹 Follow-Up & Follow-Through – Always ensure commitments are met and customer satisfaction is prioritized.
🔹 Travel & Meet Customers – A significant portion of your role involves visiting customers, with Jonsson Workwear Ballito as your central base.


Key Requirements:
🔸 Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within sales or business development.
🔸 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
🔸 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
🔸 A professional appearance and an eagerness to go above and beyond for customers.
🔸 Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
🔸 Ability to travel regularly within the Ballito region.
