JOB OVERVIEW

The Facilities Management Intern will support the facilities unit with daily operational activities.

This internship offers practical exposure to asset management, fleet coordination, workplace safety, and facilities administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with day-to-day facilities management operations.

Support coordination of repairs, maintenance, and external service providers.

Assist with vehicle fleet management, including usage monitoring, service scheduling, and record keeping.

Monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Maintain asset registers for furniture and office equipment.

Support space planning initiatives and office relocations.

Provide general administrative support to the facilities team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education

Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in Facilities Management.
Experience

No prior work experience required (internship role).
