We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Factory Finance Controller to support our Bryanston-based operations. You’ll work closely with factory leadership to optimize cost structures, drive efficiency, and ensure financial compliance across all processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧾 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
✔️ Partnering with the Factory Manager to guide financial strategy
✔️ Identifying and validating cost-saving opportunities
✔️ Monitoring and controlling budgets and variances
✔️ Coordinating timely and accurate financial reporting
✔️ Leading budget preparation and forecasting activities
✔️ Evaluating and overseeing capital investments
✔️ Ensuring visibility and control of assets and liabilities
✔️ Coaching and developing the finance team
✔️ Providing training for non-financial staff on key metrics
✔️ Ensuring compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards and financial policies
✔️ Handling internal and external audits with precision

📌 What Will Make You Successful?

To thrive in this role, you need to bring both technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to the table.

🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting
✔ CIMA or CA(SA) qualification preferred

💼 Experience & Skills:
✔ Minimum 5 years in a financial or factory controlling role in FMCG
✔ Expertise in cost analysis and financial planning
✔ Experience in factory environments and networked organizations
✔ Fluency in English; local language proficiency is a plus
✔ Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership
