About the Role

Endurance Care Maidstone is looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team and support individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities. This is a rewarding full-time position, where you’ll have the opportunity to empower those we care for, helping them to live their best lives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with adults with complex needs, offering them support with daily tasks, learning new skills, and regaining lost abilities. Your positive attitude and dedication will help individuals grow in confidence and achieve their personal goals.

At Endurance Care Maidstone, we offer a person-centered approach, with services that support up to 4 adults per service, ensuring focused and meaningful care.

We are looking for someone who has:

✔️ Patience and the ability to provide emotional and physical support to service users.
✔️ An understanding of mental health, autism, and learning disabilities (desirable but not essential).
