About the Role

Endurance Care Maidstone is looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team and support individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities. In this role, you’ll work closely with adults with complex needs, offering them support with daily tasks, learning new skills, and regaining lost abilities. Your positive attitude and dedication will help individuals grow in confidence and achieve their personal goals.

At Endurance Care Maidstone, we offer a person-centered approach, with services that support up to 4 adults per service, ensuring focused and meaningful care.

We are looking for someone who has:
