Key Responsibilities

As part of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) & Productivity team, your mission will be to establish, improve, and streamline work standards and process flows to enhance operational efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing performance standards and metrics.

  • Maintaining and updating site and warehouse layouts to ensure optimal workflows.

  • Analyzing and enhancing key business processes, operational design, and layouts.

  • Conducting feasibility studies, collecting and presenting data in structured reports.

  • Applying Industrial Engineering principles, lean methods, and FES techniques.

  • Driving initiatives that increase operational efficiency and cost savings.

  • Supporting the planning and execution of FES deployment in production.

  • Assisting with the launch and rollout of Kanban pull systems.

What We Are Looking For

We seek enthusiastic, detail-oriented graduates who are ready to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A National Diploma (3 years) or B-Tech in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Intermediate-level computer literacy (essential).

  • A solid understanding of work-study principles and work measurement tools.

  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a structured, methodical approach.

  • A proactive and dynamic mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Achieved at least 70% overall on full academic results.

  • Aged between 18-35 years.

  • Must not have been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program previously.
