🧾 Job Overview

The Fidelity Services Group Graduate Internship Programme 2026 is an intensive 18-month development programme designed to equip graduates with practical workplace exposure, leadership capability, and business acumen within a large corporate environment.

Graduates will gain hands-on experience across various business units through job rotation, enabling them to understand the organisation’s operational, financial, compliance, and people management functions. The programme focuses on building work readiness, innovation, accountability, and leadership potential while creating a sustainable talent pipeline for future key roles within the business.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in an accelerated graduate development programme

• Rotate across various business units to gain holistic business exposure

• Conduct operational and departmental analyses (e.g. SWOT analysis)

• Support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, and customer service

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost optimisation initiatives

• Contribute to business improvement and operational efficiency projects

• Support internal and external stakeholder engagement

• Assist with compliance to relevant legislation and ISO standards

• Promote and adhere to occupational health, safety, and zero-harm principles

• Develop an understanding of sales cycles, contracts, and customer management

• Engage in Human Capital processes and organisational culture initiatives

🎓 Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a field aligned with Fidelity Services Group’s business operations

• Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous

Additional Requirements

• Based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate at own cost

• Valid driver’s licence

• Clear criminal record

• Fully computer literate (MS Office Suite)

• Willingness to job rotate and travel when required
