Job Overview
The Finance & Admin Management Graduate Programme provides structured exposure to finance, administration, and operational support functions within a high-volume distribution centre environment. Graduates will gain practical experience in financial administration, reporting, compliance, procurement support, and operational coordination.
This role is ideal for graduates seeking to build a strong foundation in finance operations, administrative management, and business controls within a fast-paced logistics and e-commerce setting.
Key Responsibilities

Support Time & Attendance administration, including biometrics updates and headcount reconciliation

Assist with basic financial administration such as invoice capturing and document control
-
Complete onboarding and training on distribution centre systems and processes
-
Support the admin office with daily operational and administrative tasks
-
Assist with procurement and inventory management for packaging, consumables, and uniforms
-
Update, maintain, and analyse daily KPI dashboards and operational reports
-
Support month-end finance activities including PO reconciliation, accruals, and supplier statement reviews

Assist with budget preparation, cost analysis, and spend tracking
-
Provide insights into usage trends, variances, and supplier performance
-
Support audit requirements, compliance checks, and year-end finance processes

Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Admin teams to improve efficiency and controls
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Technical Skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and financial systems

Basic understanding of financial administration and reporting processes
