What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Finance Administrator – Fixed Assets, your core focus will be on maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, supporting tax compliance, and ensuring the integrity of fixed asset data across the group.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Capturing new fixed assets into the fixed asset register

• Monthly reconciliation of fixed asset balances to the general ledger

• Managing Work In Progress (WIP) balances and monthly rollovers

• Running and reviewing depreciation schedules monthly

• Extracting and reporting on fixed asset registers

• Supporting external auditors during financial reporting periods

• Processing and reconciling VAT payments in foreign territories

• Coordinating with foreign consultants and revenue authorities

• Managing provisional income tax payments and liaising with group tax managers

• Supporting ad hoc finance and administrative duties within the Shared Services team

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

• A BCom degree or equivalent diploma (preferably in Finance or Accounting)

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Core Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Highly organised with an eye for detail

• Accuracy and precision in capturing and processing data

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• A collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic

• Ability to work independently when needed
