What You’ll Need to Succeed:
✅ Essential:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel (Intermediate: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Graphs).
- Experience with Pastel Evolution or similar accounting software.
➕ Bonus:
- Studying towards a relevant Degree/Diploma.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee and monitor consumable stock counts and efficiency reports.
✔ Review and analyze key expense reports (rental, utilities, communications).
✔ Ensure accurate financial reporting and partner with department heads to align reporting needs.
✔ Maintain Masterfile for 3G data cards and track usage.
✔ Analyze trends in data and create actionable strategies.
✔ Support the Group Management Accountant with financial projects.
✔ Carry out cost-benefit analyses to optimize financial decisions.
✔ Create and manage financial dashboards using business intelligence tools.
