As a Finance Analyst, you’ll support business units and finance leaders with meaningful insights, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making frameworks. Your focus areas include tactical financial implementation, budget and forecast planning, cost management, financial analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Tactical Implementation

• Convert business strategies into measurable financial and operational KPIs.

• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery.

💼 Financial Management

• Support financial reporting and planning processes.

• Provide key insights on the financial viability of initiatives and build business cases.

• Identify cost optimisation and profit-improvement opportunities.

• Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy in reporting.

📊 Analysis & Review

• Analyse key financial records to offer insight into performance metrics.

• Evaluate budget vs. forecast variances and suggest actionable improvements.

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle with meaningful analysis.

📈 Reporting

• Develop and maintain management reports to aid business decision-making.

• Operate reporting systems and ensure data security protocols are upheld.

🤝 Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Collaborate with internal finance teams, business unit executives, and external partners (e.g., auditors, tax advisors).

• Act as a trusted finance business partner by providing financial analyses, modelling, and commercial support.

✅ Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (minimum 3-year qualification).

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Proven experience in preparing financial insights and management information.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financials to stakeholders.
