As a Finance Analyst at CCBSA, you will join a high-performance finance team that supports a massive FMCG operation driven by accuracy, speed, cost efficiency, and strong governance practices.

🎯 Purpose of the Role

To deliver accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, forecasting, governance oversight, and performance insights that help the Supply Chain division make sound business decisions. The role also drives compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement across finance operations.

🔧 Key Duties & Responsibilities

📊 1. Cost & Reporting Excellence

  • Produce accurate weekly and monthly consolidated cost reports

  • Identify overspend risks and alert stakeholders in advance

  • Ensure alignment with budgets and operational targets

📉 2. Governance & Compliance (RACM / Controls)

  • Lead quarterly RACM assessments

  • Monitor compliance from line managers

  • Develop and track corrective action plans

  • Strengthen financial governance across the business

📅 3. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Manage and coordinate the full budgeting cycle

  • Consolidate financial submissions across departments

  • Align forecasts with strategic business direction

  • Provide scenario-based planning for risk assessment

💹 4. Margin & Performance Analysis

  • Deliver margin, pricing, and ROI reports

  • Support commercial teams with insights that improve profitability

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and growth

📘 5. Audit Support (Internal & External)

  • Act as the primary contact for auditors

  • Ensure accurate, complete supporting documentation

  • Strengthen internal control processes through learning from audits

👥 6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise Financial Planner outputs

  • Coach and support junior finance professionals

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, and senior leadership teams

📦 7. Stock & Asset Management

  • Oversee quarterly stock counts

  • Manage asset impairment reviews

  • Ensure correct asset reporting and verification

🎓 Skills, Experience & Education

📘 Qualifications

🎓 BCom Honours in Financial Management (required)
🎓 CA(SA) or CIMA (advantageous)

🧪 Experience (3–6 Years)

  • FMCG finance experience preferred

  • Strong cost and margin analysis background

  • Budgeting & forecasting expertise

  • Audit & governance compliance exposure

  • Advanced Excel + financial systems (D365 ideal)

  • Experience with margin improvement or pricing strategies beneficial
