Job Overview

The Finance Analytics Graduate role is designed for analytical, detail-oriented graduates who are passionate about using financial and operational data to drive business decisions.

This role provides hands-on exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance analytics within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Graduates will work closely with finance and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through structured financial analysis

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal financial controls and policies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and performance tracking

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as required


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Strong computer literacy with high attention to detail

  • Ability to analyse financial statements, build forecasts, and develop financial models

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex financial data

  • Effective time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines
