🎯 Internship Overview

As a Finance Intern, you will gain practical experience in a dynamic and international industrial setting. This 12-month internship will expose you to core financial operations, systems, and analytical tools, helping you build real-world experience in accounting, administration, and reporting.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📘 General Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Process and record AP/AR invoices.

• Ensure correct invoice coding in SAP Business One and ARIBA.

• Reconcile accounts and manage intercompany documentation.

• Maintain digital and physical records in compliance.

📂 Administrative Support

• Perform finance-related admin such as data entry, filing, and stationery monitoring.

• Assist with petty cash and credit card reconciliations.

• Support exchange rate updates and contract summary logs.

📊 Financial Reporting & Projects

• Assist with management accounts and weekly turnover trackers.

• Support ERP-based financial processes and procurement flows.

• Help maintain Power BI dashboards and cost tracking tools.

• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis under team guidance.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Studying towards or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Strong Excel and Office Suite proficiency.

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and communication skills.
