💼 About the Role

TFG is hiring a Finance Systems Data Analyst (FP&A) to support its finance analytics, systems planning, and performance insight initiatives. You will play a strategic role in enabling data-driven decisions, developing robust financial models, and enhancing system designs that power TFG’s dynamic retail operations.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial models.

• Translate operational needs into structured system design specs.

• Build insightful reports and dashboards (BPC, A4O) to support decision-making.

• Lead improvements in data integrity, visualization, and reporting automation.

• Maintain system architecture and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide training and user support across finance platforms.

• Engage and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred: CA(SA) / CIMA Certification

• Minimum: Honours Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• Proven experience in finance planning systems and data/reporting tools

• Strong background in SAP ERP systems

• Retail sector exposure a strong advantage
