About the Role

As a Financial Accountant at NTT DATA, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting, cost analysis, employee cost reconciliations, and audit support. You’ll play a vital role in monthly accounting operations while driving improvements through automation and insightful financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate invoices received from regional HR and finance teams.

• Reconcile monthly charges to payroll reports and raise accruals for missing invoices.

• Update and reconcile employee cost accounts in SAP.

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve employee cost-related queries.

• Compile and manage annual audit documentation related to employee expenses.

• Recommend process improvements with a focus on automation and efficiency.

• Execute month-end close procedures including journal entries and system reconciliations.

• Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience

📚 Academic Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

💼 Professional Experience:

• Several years of relevant financial accounting experience

• Experience working in a global organization

• Strong knowledge of financial systems/software (SAP preferred)
