🧾 Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Accountant, your role will involve a range of key duties that support global financial operations. You’ll contribute to the integrity, accuracy, and effectiveness of our financial data and help streamline reporting across international regions.

📝 You will:

✅ Validate payroll and hosted employee data from various regions
✅ Process and reconcile invoices and employee costs in SAP
✅ Raise accruals for missing invoices and reconcile payroll reports
✅ Assist with annual audit preparation regarding employee cost data
✅ Recommend and implement process efficiencies using automation
✅ Execute journal entries and manage monthly accounting processes
✅ Maintain high standards of financial control and compliance
✅ Provide actionable financial insights to management
✅ Support other accounting and financial tasks as needed

🎓 Requirements

✅ Education & Certifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

✅ Experience:

✔️ Proven experience in a similar financial accounting role
✔️ Experience in multinational or global environments
✔️ Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise-level financial systems
✔️ Exposure to international finance, inter-company transactions, and foreign currency
