🧾 Your Role as a Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the broader accounting function through insightful analysis and reporting.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
✔️ Support the month-end and year-end close process
✔️ Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
✔️ Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
✔️ Assist with audits and liaise with auditors where necessary
✔️ Process journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
✔️ Partner with internal teams to improve financial workflows
✔️ Maintain fixed asset registers and manage accruals
✔️ Identify and implement process improvements

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✅ What You’ll Need:

✔️ A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔️ Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a financial accounting role
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
✔️ Experience using ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP or similar
