The Graduate Intern: Financial Advisor programme equips interns with professional skills to advise clients, manage financial portfolios, and build sustainable relationships.

🚀 Programme Overview: Graduate Intern

This 24-month internship begins in February and provides structured training to become an accredited PPS representative registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).

You will:

• 🔍 Source, call, and connect with prospective clients

• 🤝 Meet clients in person and virtually to present tailored financial solutions

• 📈 Build a professional network and sustainable client base

• 📝 Prepare and present proposals and implement solutions

• 💼 Provide ongoing after-sales care and relationship management

• 🌐 Organize small worksite marketing events to promote PPS services

Successful completion positions you for a career as a commission-earning financial advisor, focusing on long-term insurance, wills, and investments.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• ✅ Matric / Grade 12

• 🎓 NQF Level 7 qualification completed or to be completed by end of 2025 (Bachelor’s degree, BTech, or Advanced Diploma)

• 🎓 Preference: Post Graduate Diploma/Honours in Financial Planning or Financial Planning Law

• 🇿🇦 South African citizen, under 34 years of age

• 📜 Foreign qualifications must be accompanied by a SAQA Certificate of Evaluation (SCoE)

• ❌ Not eligible if previously completed a 6+ month insurance internship/graduate programme
