Role Overview

We’re hiring a Financial Services Manager to lead and execute the PEPmoney strategy, with a core focus on driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer value through our financial services offerings.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing operational outcomes, managing budgets, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and overseeing marketing initiatives for PEPmoney’s financial services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute the PEPmoney strategy to drive sales and expand the business
✅ Lead operational results management for the Financial Services unit
✅ Oversee marketing initiatives for PEPmoney financial products
✅ Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
✅ Manage the PEPmoney budget and track financial performance
✅ Lead a team of professionals and drive a culture of performance and innovation

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Commerce or a related field (e.g., B.Com, B.A. with commercial focus)

💼 Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years in a financial services role

• Demonstrated leadership experience

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace

• In-depth knowledge of financial services legislation and compliance

• Strong financial and commercial acumen

• Competence in project, process, and relationship management
